The Minolta classic lenses are just that, classics. Minolta one of the world finest lens makers produced zillions of lenses in their Maxxum line, all of which work on Sony Alpha dSLR cameras.
I can't hide my bias, I think these old lenses are the best bargain in camera equipment today.
