Colorsplash Camera
The colorsplash camera is a fun little point and shoot that uses 35mm film. It has a retro-futuristic design with the emphasis on fun.
It has two basic tricks that you can use together.
First is the colorspash part – it has a color wheel with colored gels that filter the light of the flash. You can switch out the gel for a total of 11 different colors (and plain white light). With a trip to the photography store and a little work you can probably have any color you choose.
The second trick is the long exposure mode. When this the shutter stays open (bulb exposure setting) until you release the button. On release the flash fires. This gives you a chance to capture interesting long exposure shots (like the LC-A) but with the final flash to capture your subject.
The colorsplash camera is available from Amazon for about $60 (ASIN: B0000AC6GA) and sometimes cheaper on eBay.
